This website is provided for informational purposes and event registration. You agree to use this site lawfully and not for any fraudulent or harmful activity.

 

Event Registration & Payment

  • Registration is not considered complete until payment is received.

  • All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.

  • Cruzin Cruzers reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at its discretion.

 

Refund Policy

  • All registration fees are non-refundable.

  • The event will be held rain or shine.

  • No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, scheduling conflicts, or participant inability to attend.

 

Event Changes

Cruzin Cruzers reserves the right to:

  • Modify event schedules, locations, or details at any time

  • Cancel or postpone the event due to circumstances beyond control

In the event of cancellation, Cruzin Cruzers is not obligated to issue refunds unless otherwise stated.

 

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By participating in any Cruzin Cruzers event, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

    • Personal injury

    • Property damage

    • Vehicle damage or theft

  • Cruzin Cruzers, its members, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates are not responsible or liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur before, during, or after the event.

 

Participant Responsibility

Participants agree to:

  • Follow all local laws and event rules

  • Operate vehicles safely and responsibly

  • Maintain proper insurance coverage for their vehicle

Cruzin Cruzers reserves the right to remove any participant or vehicle from the event for unsafe behavior or rule violations without refund.

 

Code of Conduct

All attendees and participants are expected to behave respectfully. The following may result in removal from the event:

  • Reckless driving

  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior

  • Failure to follow event guidelines

 

Media Release

By attending or participating in a Cruzin Cruzers event, you grant permission for your vehicle, likeness, and/or images to be used in:

  • Marketing materials

  • Social media

  • Promotional content

No compensation will be provided for such use.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Cruzin Cruzers and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
